Pros and Cons
  • Client charts are detailed, visual & easy to navigate
  • Customization is simple to use, allowing the program to feel more aligned
  • Provided templates for client charts are plentiful and simple to use
Likelihood to Recommend
ClinicSense is best suited for any practitioner, either working in a workplace setting, or any self employed practitioner who charts clients and provides scheduling online.

It's less appropriate for others in the health industry that don't have applicable charts (personal trainers, nutritionists) and / or have minimal client interactions
Return on Investment
  • ROI is immeasureable. I'm certain clients wouldn't book without such a seamless process of online booking with automatic emails & confirmations. It's a huge time saver by inputting charts, finding information and checking schedules. I cannot imagine running my practice without this
Alternatives Considered
ClinicSense is more geared toward Massage Therapists (in my opinion), whereas Jane targets a variety of practitioners.
