CloudLex
What is CloudLex?
CloudLex is a connected software and services ecosystem designed for plaintiff personal injury (PI) law firms. Its Platform, Lexee AI, Paralegal Services, and Voices of PI offerings support work across the case lifecycle, from accident through resolution. Capabilities include intake, case management, medical records, client communication, expense tracking, litigation, trial preparation, negotiation, and settlement.
A personal injury case can extend across years and involve thousands of interactions. CloudLex maintains case information within a shared environment so its software, AI features, and paralegal services can work from the same case file rather than separate copies distributed across multiple systems.
The four pillars of the ecosystem:
- Platform: Supports intake, matters, documents, deadlines, reporting, and settlement within a personal injury system of record that the vendor describes as HIPAA compliant.
- Lexee AI: Provides AI functions within the Platform using information from the case file. Capabilities include drafting demand letters, creating medical chronologies and summaries, providing automated client assistance, capturing intake information, and answering questions about case records.
- Paralegal Services: Provides access to a team of personal injury specialists who handle medical-record retrieval, chronology preparation, and document indexing within CloudLex case files.
- Voices of PI: A community initiative featuring stories, interviews, and industry recognition focused on plaintiff attorneys.
CloudLex combines software, AI tools, and paralegal services under one provider and login.
CloudLex focuses exclusively on plaintiff personal injury law firms and serves firms across the United States.
