Concordance/CloudNine
is an application that aids the Company in determining compliance with FERC's
Standards of Conduct ("Standards"). Large volume data files such as
PSTs from users who are under the purview of the Standards are imported to create
monthly databases. The search function is used to determine if there
were any incidents of non-compliance. These databases are maintained for at
six months in the event, the Company is audited and questions arise regarding
compliance with the Standards.
