Cognillo is a company offering a suite of migration tools. Their SharePoint Essentials Toolkit includes multiple solutions to have greater control over sites, and provides users with reports and administrative features.

• SharePoint Permissions Management - A SharePoint Permissions reporting tool available for no cost (upgrade available for premium features).
• SharePoint Copy & Migration - Copies SharePoint content between sites and tenants, preserve version history, last modified information and metadata.
