Collectfrom

Collectform is a no-code multi-step form builder for media buyers, agencies and lead generation teams. It combines a one-question-per-screen form experience with native server-side conversion tracking, so forms both collect leads and report them back to ad platforms in a way that survives modern browser and privacy restrictions.

Server-side tracking for Meta and TikTok

Collectform sends conversion events straight to the Meta Conversions API and the TikTok Events API from the server, in parallel with the browser pixel. Every event carries a matching event_id, so Meta and TikTok deduplicate the browser and server copies automatically instead of double counting. Hashed contact fields collected in the form are passed through to raise event match quality, and click IDs such as fbclid and ttclid, plus UTM parameters, are captured on load and attached to the event. This recovers conversion signal that is otherwise lost to iOS App Tracking Transparency opt-outs, Safari ITP, ad blockers and consent banners.

No-code editor

Forms are built in a drag and drop editor with more than 20 field types. Each question uses a block based editor where "/" inserts blocks such as headers, images and quotes, and "@" pulls in variables and answers given earlier in the form. Appearance is controlled through theme settings, so launching a branded form requires no CSS and no developer time.

Logic and calculations

Conditional logic routes respondents down different paths based on their answers, so one form can serve multiple audiences or offers. Calculation fields score answers and compute values such as quotes, estimates, budgets and eligibility results, which can then be shown back to the respondent or used in later steps of the form.

Simulated loading screens

A simulated processing screen can be placed before a results or thank you step. It gives quiz and qualification funnels a moment of perceived calculation before the outcome is revealed, which is a common pattern in high-intent lead capture flows.

Web component embed

Forms embed into any existing website as a lightweight web component rather than an iframe. The form renders as part of the host page instead of a boxed frame, and adding the embed is enough to bring server-side tracking to a site that has none, without touching the site's codebase.
