We have been able to trade our former punch card program for an advanced digital loyalty program that gives us the ability to analyze customer behavior in real-time and send targeted communications. Our brand has taken our customer experience into the digital age with the launch of the Over The Top Cake Supplies rewards app.

- We have multiple locations so the billing is a challenge for me. I receive one bill and have to break it down by location.
- Some of the sections on the dashboard are hard to navigate.

Como has taken us into the digital age with our rewards program and this is invaluable to us and our customers. The app has enabled us to steadily increase our business by continuously personalizing our customers' experience. We were able to turn a sleepy Thursday in mid-March into the second highest number of sales and buying members with a spur of the moment text campaign.
