Overall Satisfaction with Como

Como is our interactive loyalty program for all our retail locations. We have been able to trade our former punch card program for an advanced digital loyalty program that gives us the ability to analyze customer behavior in real-time and send targeted communications. Our brand has taken our customer experience into the digital age with the launch of the Over The Top Cake Supplies rewards app.

  • Training to use the app is very detailed and helpful.
  • You have all your data at your fingertips on the Como Dashboard.
  • We have multiple locations so the billing is a challenge for me. I receive one bill and have to break it down by location.
  • Some of the sections on the dashboard are hard to navigate.
  • We are able to launch a campaign at a moment's notice.
  • Como seamlessly integrates with our POS system.
  • Our customers have complete access to their rewards through our app.
  • Customers can see past purchases in the app to help boost future purchases.

We were considering several loyalty platforms and Como had the most positive attributes for our needs. Como is integrated with our POS system which was one of the biggest selling points for us. It's just one extra step to attach Como to a sale at the POS, points and rewards are all right their on the customer display kiosk for our customers to redeem. No credit cards are required for our customers to use the app and loyalty program, others platforms require a credit card to be attached to the customers account whether they can make in-app purchases or not.

Como has taken us into the digital age with our rewards program and this is invaluable to us and our customers. The app has enabled us to steadily increase our business by continuously personalizing our customers' experience. We were able to turn a sleepy Thursday in mid-March into the second highest number of sales and buying members with a spur of the moment text campaign.
