Condo Manager a Complete Software for Property Managers
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Condo Manager as our CRM and Accounting Platform along with it being a portal for owners to log in to see their account information. We have all of our properties, owners, tenants, and vendors set up. It is easy to mass email out to any group that needs the communications. We code and process our invoices through Condo Manager, and then it tracks all of the spending along with creating financial reports. We are able to attach additional information to an owner's account like certificates of insurance or leases. We also store items on the portal for all owners to have secure access too. This is our one-stop shop when it comes to tracking our properties, owners, and vendors. We can run statements and delinquency reports using the software. A lot of tasks are automatic, and others can be done on demand. We can export data to use on other platforms. It runs labels for us when we need to mail items. It lets us know when the board of directors' terms have expired and who is on the board. We have been using it for many years and soon will be upgrading to their newest version. It also tracks budget expenses and income. It does everything we need when it comes to accounting.

Likelihood to Recommend
I am happy with the software and look forward to new features when we upgrade. I would love to see this be fully browser based and cloud based instead of server based. I would love to be able to log in on any device at any time. Currently we can't do that but we will have more features once we upgrade.
