What is Contactbook?
ContactBook helps users organize business contacts and keep it shared, so relevant people always have access to them. If contacts are modified, it will be reflected in all shared users. ContactBook is designed to make contact sharing simple and hassle-free.
Share Contacts
ContactBook is developed to simplify the process of sharing Gmail contacts across coworkers. Users can manage contacts in Google Contacts, sync from ContactBook interface and instantly share with team members. The contact sharing app automatically syncs newly added contacts in Google Contacts along with any update in the existing contacts across all devices of shared coworkers.
Manage permissions
Secure contact information by selecting & assigning the required permissions. While sharing contact labels with multiple users, users can manage permissions like “View” or “Edit” for each shared user to ensure right people have the right kind of access control.
Chrome Extension
To customize the browsing experience, the Chrome Extension assists users in creating & modifying Gmail contacts and labels from any tabs & sharing it with users straight away. Users can browse through contacts and connect with them via email, call or whatsapp.

Contact Management doesn't get easier than this!
We used Contactbook a couple of months ago to collaborate with a sales team in another company. It was used inside a project, and multiple team members got to use it to share lead contacts and follow our sales pipeline. It was easy to use and always ready. We had no problems at all.

- Ready to share just connecting your account
- Nice UI
- The free trial is not enough to try all the product, but you can start with a beginner plan
- It would be good to be able to speed up the sync process
- Realible contact sync
- Privated and encrypted connections
- Clear and simple UI
- We managed multiple people's contacts in a project
- We saved a lot of time of contact sharing
- We helped new clients get on board with our leads workflow
Contactbook was easier to use, because Zoho ContactManager apps weren't so easy to use between our team and our clients. We ended up going for Contactbook because our clients asked for alternatives, and we managed all the project with Contactbook. It has been a good experience since the very start. Also the free trial was nice to gather some information about the app.
