Critical Impact enhances and simplifies email marketing campaigns with tools used to manage email and SMS lists, send personalized and automated emails, along with text messages (SMS) for marketing campaigns. Its subscriber scoring algorithms will mine the user's data to identify those subscribers who are most likely to read the next email, consume additional emails, or make another purchase.

Through its interface, the user can schedule messages to send, select send options, and then prevent mistakes by seeing a confirmation of all send details. The user can also test the email across device screens – from phones to tablets to monitors.
