Crunchr is people management tools, it collects data of all the employees and once it is loaded, automatic quality control of the data takes place. We have used this software for generating audit reports that provides insight into the results and improves the overall productivity of the company. It analysis the data and provides excellent prediction for future improvements.

We used Crunchr, for generating audit reports. It comes with hundreds of metrics and filters such as employee's location, gender, age, grade etc. Using all these available tools and options, it makes analyzing way easier. With this there is no need to manually build reports and models. It also provides very user friendly UI, you can simply drag and drop to answer most complex questions.

We had a great experience and would not like to change much as part of our next implementation with Crunchr. It provides amazing customer service and is trust worthy software to share the organization data with. Along with that it provides real time analysis of data in reports with user friendly and innovation view.

Customer service is very good and supportive. They understand your concerns very patiently and resolves it within SLA timelines. They have also created many knowledge article which illustrates each and every steps in detail to resolve the common problem at comes during installation and integrations. They also make follow-up calls in order to understand if the problem is actually resolved.

There was a time when we had a integration issue and the data wasn't displaying in reports and this is affecting the business badly. We raised a ticket with Crunchr support and they deep dive into our system with their expert team and provides excellent support over the call itself.

As you know, Crunchr has been specifically designed for HR, so you will save the time and risk of manually building models and reports: metrics are pre-built into Crunchr, allowing you to start analyzing your people data immediately. Crunchr helps our organization to manage all of our Human Resource focuses in a way that allows us to continue concentrating on what we do well, serving our customers. By outsourcing HR to Crunchr, we are able to keep our focus on our work while feeling confident that Crunchr, as industry experts in their field, are handling the HR reporting in an efficient and accurate way for us.

  • Crunchr takes a little while to get set up which can set a fast moving business back a little bit.
  • Crunchr doesn't automatically import/translate data from all existing systems when you're onboarding as a new client, so there seems to be a great deal of manual entry at the start up.
  • Reports sometime have a slow runtime during times of high use.

Crunchr is a perfect fit for a medium to large sized organization that has a strong interest in understanding their current HR trends, and then taking action to increase company performance based upon those results. If a business is not in the interest of growing, retaining employees, or understanding why people are not happy at their company, Crunchr won't be worth the money. It's a little on the expensive side for some smaller businesses.

Alternatives Considered
A few of us had used ADP Workforce Now at other places and liked the idea of an HR management tool like ADP and Crunchr but we had shared similar dissatisfaction with analytics reporting from ADP. It seemed like they were a few years behind the technology when compared to other solutions on the market, which led us to Crunchr.
