Overall Satisfaction with Crunchr

Crunchr is people management tools, it collects data of all the employees and once it is loaded, automatic quality control of the data takes place. We have used this software for generating audit reports that provides insight into the results and improves the overall productivity of the company. It analysis the data and provides excellent prediction for future improvements.

Although there are many other software in market that work the similar way, but what bring Crunchr stand out is their customer support. They have an excellent customer support provided to their clients. It's user friendly and creative reports helps their clients to improve their performance and potential. It has high performance ETL integration which displays the data in almost real- time.

It comes with hundreds of metrics and filters such as employee's location, gender, age, grade etc. Using all these available tools and options, it makes analyzing way easier. With this there is no need to manually build reports and models. It also provides very user friendly UI, you can simply drag and drop to answer most complex questions.

Crunchr Support

Customer service is very good and supportive. They understand your concerns very patiently and resolves it within SLA timelines. They have also created many knowledge article which illustrates each and every steps in detail to resolve the common problem at comes during installation and integrations. They also make follow-up calls in order to understand if the problem is actually resolved.

No, we have not. Their basic support is also really good and it caters our issues and needs.
There was a time when we had a integration issue and the data wasn't displaying in reports and this is affecting the business badly. We raised a ticket with Crunchr support and they deep dive into our system with their expert team and provides excellent support over the call itself.
