It's a good solution with bespoke integration options to link it to your other systems. With a clean UI and easy-to-follow menu structure, there is a low bar for new users operating the tool. The security features are good and the cloud options for insta-build are handy if you need to spin something up fast. Overall a well-priced product, that did what it set out to.

Using the cloud solution, you can be up and running in minutes with the advantage of being able to access the tool from anywhere on the internet. New users are onboarded quickly and can pick it up fast. It scales well from 3 users to 500 and the server load looks low.
