Good program for digital graphic reviewing

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were asked by the client to use Deltek ConceptShare as part of the interior graphics reviews that were being done for the interior of the project by another group. The owner wanted us to be secondary reviewers of the images in case the locations included other Architectural elements that may influence the space (I.E. access panels, fire extinguishers, etc...). The software allowed us to see the proposed graphics from the designer and directly make comments within the program for the owner to review.

Likelihood to Recommend

For a design firm that specializes in graphic design, I can see this program being essential. As an Architectural firm, however, this was nice, but not necessary for our use. It was much quicker for reviewing graphic design work and approving it, it was not much faster than typical emailing in my opinion. The benefit comes with being able to comment on work directly and see other people's comments.
