Documentas is a document workflow platform from Actual Reports OÜ, the company behind PDF Generator API. It is designed for small to mid-sized teams that manage contracts, HR records, and compliance documents without dedicated records staff.

Documentas automates three stages of the document lifecycle. Automated filing lets teams bulk-import existing files, including unsorted shared drives; the system classifies each document, extracts metadata such as parties, dates, and amounts, and organizes everything into an ISO 15489-aligned structure. Signature management sends documents to multiple recipients at once, tracks completion, and reminds signatories automatically. Web forms convert submissions into standardized, compliant documents, with answers stored as searchable metadata.

Every record keeps version control and a permanent audit trail of views, edits, downloads, and signatures. Typical use cases include ISO certification readiness, due diligence preparation, SOP management, and onboarding sign-offs in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, real estate, and construction.
