Clause for DocuSign

Clause was a DocuSign partner, later acquired by DocuSign, that will extend the company's capabilities into providing smart agreements. Users can go further with DocuSign by inserting Smart Clause® templates into agreements that automate key business processes, like validating data, sending notifications, and creating and completing required documents.
