We use eapps to host several servers for a SaaS application we sell to other businesses. The application is a software package that will run and manage businesses in the language services industry. It is critical the application is up 24/7/365 as this application runs the entire business.
- Eapps support is very good. We can always call and speak to a tech support technician 24 hours a day. They are also very knowledgable.
- DDOS attacks have been recent. We also had issues with their SAN. I know they are in the process to update their SAN drives but there were a couple times which these failed.
