Edusign is a platform for attendance tracking, electronic signatures, and training management, designed for schools, universities, and training organizations.

Digital attendance
Learners can sign in from a device using more than 10 methods, including QR codes, near-field communication (NFC), PIN codes, email, and student cards, for in-person, remote, or blended sessions. According to the vendor, these methods meet relevant funding-body requirements and can support attendance records for funding and audit purposes. Attendance data synchronizes in real time, and learners can submit absence justifications to reduce administrative follow-up.

E-signature and document automation
Contracts, agreements, and completion certificates can be sent for electronic signature, with automatic reminders and archiving in a certified electronic vault.

Analytics and proactive alerts
Configurable alerts identify learners who may be at risk based on attendance patterns. The vendor reports that institutions using Edusign have reduced tardiness and absences by up to 90%.

Campus app and integrations
A white-label mobile app provides learners with access to schedules, grades, and attendance records. Edusign connects with existing systems through more than 1,000 integrations, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), learning management system (LMS), and human resources information system (HRIS) applications; a REST API; webhooks; and a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector for AI tools. Edusign states that it is ISO 27001 certified and supports General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance.

The vendor reports that the platform is used by more than 2,000 institutions, including HEC Paris, École Polytechnique, and SKEMA.
