It solves the major point of communication and keeps people connected. So it is very helpful to keep the communication going whether it's internal or external with our clients it is always being utilised to host the meetings and calls. And it is easy to set up meetings and invite external as well as internal partners.

  • Allows you to set control is very useful for large audience.

Cons

  • Add more features in the virtual background.
  • Allow host to control at more granular level.
  • A push button to unmute and mute would be a plus and if we can customise the key to use as a push button.

My first experience with Microsoft Teams was 7 years ago, when I was at University. I used it to attend virtual classes and collaborate on group assignments with my classmates. Currently, in our organization, we use it to collaborate, communicate, and manage our daily workflows. Our Teams operates both on-site and remotely across multiple locations. Its ability to integrate chat, video calls, file sharing, meetings, and instant messaging into a single platform has made our lives much smoother and made it convenient for everyone to work together in real time. The tool is fully compatible with iOS, Windows, and Android, allowing us to use our devices even when on the move. Seamlessly connects with our other tools, making our work and communication effortless.
