I use ElaBoard in my organization to create presentations, bulletin boards, and classroom door decorations. I also help to support other users of the platform by providing answers to their questions and offering advice on how to best use the platform. Additionally, I consult with other companies on how they can best use ElaBoard to meet their needs, and I have implemented ElaBoard at other companies as well.ElaBoard helps to address a range of business problems, such as creating engaging visuals for presentations and bulletin boards, providing resources for classroom door decorations, and helping to manage projects more effectively. The scope of my use case is to provide guidance on how to use ElaBoard, support other users, and consult and implement ElaBoard for other companies.

Additionally, ElaBoard is great for quickly creating and sharing documents and materials with other users.When it comes to more complex tasks, such as creating animations and transitions, ElaBoard may not be the best option. Additionally, ElaBoard does not offer many customization options, making it difficult to create unique visuals that capture the user's desired look and feel. Finally, ElaBoard's search and filtering tools could be improved, as it can be difficult to quickly find the materials needed for a project.

The tool provides a platform to collaborate efficiently in a secure environment. This allows information to be shared, ideas discussed, and strategies developed and implemented. It provides us with a shared understanding of the strategy, a way to collaborate efficiently, and a way to assess the progress of the strategy.

It is a great platform that has been used for project planning and for long-term collaboration scenarios. ElaBoard offers a flexible and easy-to-use project management platform, allowing users to work quickly and efficiently. This tool is particularly useful for team projects, meetings, and group discussions. Project admins can create project boards to keep all team members up to date. Chat, forum, and content sharing tools allow users to quickly share ideas, discuss, and collaborate.

The main usage for our organization was Roadmap Planning, Organizing meetings & collaborate between team. It is one of the best collaboration tools which is Intuitive, easy to use and easy to setup. It demands low learning curve and you can easily start using it soon after setting it up. It a solution which almost everyone need now a days since it helps to manage your time effectively & impeccably. Its functions like freehand drawing and writing tool gives flexibility to brainstrom and jot down ideas, which later be share with team. Its readymade templates, saves a lot of time which might be waster to create the board from scratch.

It is visually appealing and any user may fall in love with the interface & overall design of the application. It is light and fast. It is a breeze for the organizations with remote team so that they can colloborate and discuss different things on the same page. Drag and drop features add value and easy of use. Creating and discussing the points is easy with Colored Markets and drawings. It helps to make the boring meetings, more productive, effective and fun.

My department uses ElaBoard for various use cases; roadmap planning, architecture presentations, retros, etc. We need a communal space where every person can contribute to the plan at the same time. ElaBoard has been the immaculate venue to accomplish this cooperation. The various features, like the wide range of templates, freehand drawing functionality, and confidential commenting, are an added advantage. It's a product manager's dream.

I work remotely with my organization and we use ElaBoard to organize all of our meetings and keep ourselves tidy and on point with our to do's. Using ElaBoard has been a breeze as a collaboration tool - it was very easy to set up and integrated well with our Google Workspace. We're able to use it to organize what documents which department needs during meetings and use the whiteboard features, such as Sticky Notes, to stay organized. I personally use the Sticky Notes a lot for my position to keep track of my priorities and deadlines on my tasks. I also like that I'm able to just plug in whatever document is needed to show my team where I'm at in any given project.

My team uses ElaBoard to keep our tasks organized and prioritized by deadline. The sticky notes feature is really helpful for that or leaving notes for colleagues who might not be available that day. This way, we can keep working together efficiently. While it's very helpful for remote collaboration, I feel that maybe on-premises workspaces may find it a bit redundant when compared to just having in-office meetings. However, I think it would be worth it for certain departments if they have to collaborate with international branches.

Like a lot of tech companies, because of the pandemic, we all started working remote. Having a reliable online collaborative whiteboard has been crucial to our success during the last 2 years. ElaBoard is super easy to set up, configure, and use. My team uses this tool to collaborate - my personal favorite tools are the mind mapping tool, the sticky notes, and the drawing function. It really helps us to share ideas and it's a huge time saver!

It's a great tool for collaborating with your whole team - being able to upload images and add ideas is really helpful. I love that you can leave a mention of a teammate for them to look at later. For remote teams who aren't always able to participate in every meeting, knowing what your team worked on and what they have questions about makes it much easier to catch up!

We do have a few people who are less comfortable tossing their ideas out in a team setting - it would be nice if there was a private note function

Our organization uses ElaBoard on a daily basis and loves it. Our marketing, development, and quality assurance teams use this for collaborating projects where all the departments need to work together. It's efficient, easy to use, and capable of adding notes, files, alerts, and more. It's especially nice when you're not in the office. A problem we do face in our company is adding custom templates. There is a minimal amount of templates to use and they aren't that great, so we would prefer to use our own custom ones.

When multiple departments have a project they need to collaborate together on, Elaboard is an excellent way to brainstorm as one team. I'm a visual learner, so having this product helps me to see everyone's ideas and ways of thinking while adding my own input. The sticky note feature is helpful when I want to remember something I want to share at a meeting (but my timing is off) and I can go back to it and use those ideas with the other departments, referencing my sticky notes.

Office work can sometimes feel like one infinite group project. With its infinite whiteboard, Elaboard has allowed us to brainstorm group project ideas together before committing them to Google Slides for our presentation. During those brainstorming sessions, we also will import relevant documentation so that we consult it as we brainstorm. Having workplace documents and our brainstorming notes side by side on one large board has been so helpful to our work process.

Likelihood to Recommend

Despite the issues I mentioned before, I would still recommend ElaBoard for workplace collaboration. I think it is particularly well suited for working on group presentations and tracking our thought processes and ideas. An elephant never forgets, so keep your notes on Elaboard.

If you typically work alone on presentations I think you can do without using Elaboard.
