My department uses ElaBoard for various use cases; roadmap planning, architecture presentations, retros, etc. We need a communal space where every person can contribute to the plan at the same time. ElaBoard has been the immaculate venue to accomplish this cooperation. The various features, like the wide range of templates, freehand drawing functionality, and confidential commenting, are an added advantage. It's a product manager's dream.

- There are too many steps to share your board with users not already signed up

I use ElaBoard in my organization to create presentations, bulletin boards, and classroom door decorations. I also help to support other users of the platform by providing answers to their questions and offering advice on how to best use the platform. Additionally, I consult with other companies on how they can best use ElaBoard to meet their needs, and I have implemented ElaBoard at other companies as well.ElaBoard helps to address a range of business problems, such as creating engaging visuals for presentations and bulletin boards, providing resources for classroom door decorations, and helping to manage projects more effectively. The scope of my use case is to provide guidance on how to use ElaBoard, support other users, and consult and implement ElaBoard for other companies.

It demands low learning curve and you can easily start using it soon after setting it up. It a solution which almost everyone need now a days since it helps to manage your time effectively & impeccably. Its functions like freehand drawing and writing tool gives flexibility to brainstrom and jot down ideas, which later be share with team. Its readymade templates, saves a lot of time which might be waster to create the board from scratch.

ElaBoard - Our Perfect Fit
I work remotely with my organization and we use ElaBoard to organize all of our meetings and keep ourselves tidy and on point with our to do's. Using ElaBoard has been a breeze as a collaboration tool - it was very easy to set up and integrated well with our Google Workspace. We're able to use it to organize what documents which department needs during meetings and use the whiteboard features, such as Sticky Notes, to stay organized. I personally use the Sticky Notes a lot for my position to keep track of my priorities and deadlines on my tasks. I also like that I'm able to just plug in whatever document is needed to show my team where I'm at in any given project.
- I like that we can collaborate all in one place without the need for multiple different windows or applications of different products to view necessary documentation across teams.
- I love how easy to use it is and it took hardly any work at all to set up.
- The use of templates really helps speed things up, so we're not left trying to assemble things all on our own.
- The mobile app does not have all of the features I prefer to use. I would like to see them integrate them soon with future updates.
- Dragging documents from Google to the whiteboard sometimes isn't as instant as I would like. I hope to see them improve performance for that feature so that all of my team could see things instantly as we drag and drop documents in.

Never be bored with ElaBoard
Like a lot of tech companies, because of the pandemic, we all started working remote. Having a reliable online collaborative whiteboard has been crucial to our success during the last 2 years. ElaBoard is super easy to set up, configure, and use. My team uses this tool to collaborate - my personal favorite tools are the mind mapping tool, the sticky notes, and the drawing function. It really helps us to share ideas and it's a huge time saver!

- Lots of templates to choose from
- The mobile app is a bit tricky - the interface is really different

Elephant.. naw.. ElaBoard
Our organization uses ElaBoard on a daily basis and loves it. Our marketing, development, and quality assurance teams use this for collaborating projects where all the departments need to work together. It's efficient, easy to use, and capable of adding notes, files, alerts, and more. It's especially nice when you're not in the office. A problem we do face in our company is adding custom templates. There is a minimal amount of templates to use and they aren't that great, so we would prefer to use our own custom ones.
- They offer a mobile app that helps when I want to add something to the project and I'm not in the office.
- The CMS integrations saves us a lot of time
- There is a voting tab that allows everyone to participate and share their input, even if they don't agree in our discussions.
- They need more templates! There are only a few options and they aren't very creative or helpful. Need more variety.
- Wish you could import and integrate with Miro boards.
- Sometimes the drag and drop has glitches when using it.

Office work can sometimes feel like one infinite group project. With its infinite whiteboard, Elaboard has allowed us to brainstorm group project ideas together before committing them to Google Slides for our presentation. During those brainstorming sessions, we also will import relevant documentation so that we consult it as we brainstorm. Having workplace documents and our brainstorming notes side by side on one large board has been so helpful to our work process.
- I really appreciate the sticky note functionality. We are able to assign a sticky note color to different categories of ideas or to each user on our team. That way, we are able to remain organized.
- In the right corner, you can click on the icons of users current users to be taken to where they are on board.
- I like being able to drag and drop pictures and documents easily onto the board.
- While I appreciate that I can easily drag and drop documents and pictures onto the board, they often appear microscopic, and it is such a chore to size them up so that they fit the scale of the ever growing board.
- Elaboard's whiteboards are infinite, but that can sometimes be a problem. The board can get so unruly that it can be hard to find documents or sticky notes on it.
- It is hard to control the scale of the board.
- It needs to be easier to group documents and sticky notes together into frames.
