I use ElaBoard in my organization to create presentations, bulletin boards, and classroom door decorations. I also help to support other users of the platform by providing answers to their questions and offering advice on how to best use the platform. Additionally, I consult with other companies on how they can best use ElaBoard to meet their needs, and I have implemented ElaBoard at other companies as well.ElaBoard helps to address a range of business problems, such as creating engaging visuals for presentations and bulletin boards, providing resources for classroom door decorations, and helping to manage projects more effectively. The scope of my use case is to provide guidance on how to use ElaBoard, support other users, and consult and implement ElaBoard for other companies.

The main usage for our organization was Roadmap Planning, Organizing meetings & collaborate between team. It is one of the best collaboration tools which is Intuitive, easy to use and easy to setup. It demands low learning curve and you can easily start using it soon after setting it up. It a solution which almost everyone need now a days since it helps to manage your time effectively & impeccably. Its functions like freehand drawing and writing tool gives flexibility to brainstrom and jot down ideas, which later be share with team. Its readymade templates, saves a lot of time which might be waster to create the board from scratch.

My department uses ElaBoard for various use cases; roadmap planning, architecture presentations, retros, etc. We need a communal space where every person can contribute to the plan at the same time. ElaBoard has been the immaculate venue to accomplish this cooperation. The various features, like the wide range of templates, freehand drawing functionality, and confidential commenting, are an added advantage. It's a product manager's dream.

I work remotely with my organization and we use ElaBoard to organize all of our meetings and keep ourselves tidy and on point with our to do's. Using ElaBoard has been a breeze as a collaboration tool - it was very easy to set up and integrated well with our Google Workspace. We're able to use it to organize what documents which department needs during meetings and use the whiteboard features, such as Sticky Notes, to stay organized. I personally use the Sticky Notes a lot for my position to keep track of my priorities and deadlines on my tasks. I also like that I'm able to just plug in whatever document is needed to show my team where I'm at in any given project.
