Intuitive to setup and to maintain.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have a vast variety of products with many options that may or may not work together. The intuitive rule system helps us to easily setup up the rules between these options and even between different machines. Besides that we use the quotation generator to generate full or almost near completed quotes in case of a special product specific for that customer. We have some special situations with how our machines are setup and Elfsquad has a solution for all of them while still being simple to setup. Even though I worked with Elfsquad from the beginning I am still amazed how well the software can handle certain situations. It truly is a joy to work with it.

  • The rule system is simple to setup even with more advanced rules.
  • Setting up the CPQ software in general.

Cons

  • Software starts to get bulky in some areas, which may discourage people from starting.
  • Setting up the quotation template in our situation.

Likelihood to Recommend

Elfsquad CPQ is a intuitive well rounded software that managed to structure the rules of many of our products and even rules between the different products. There is always a way to do what you want.
