We integrated this CRM suite with our SIS implementation of Ellucian to help with our recruitment organization and document the student lifecycle. This tool is supposed to help us track our applicants and manage our pipelines.

If you're using Ellucian products, CRM Recruit integrates seamlessly. That's the biggest selling feature but as a CRM/Recruitment product, it's lacking compared to some of their competitors. Especially in areas of customization.
