Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Email to PDF for Outlook address the business problems of needing to categorize and save emails as PDFs. The scope of my use case is when I receive an email with important information and need to save it an easier format ie PDF or print it out to look at and use later.

Pros

  • Converting an email to a PDF document
  • Creating a way to organize my files and incoming information
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • It would be great if they could automatically convert my emails into PDFs
  • Not always in synch
  • Don't always need information about the sender and receiver, takes up too much space

A specific scenario where Email to PDF for outlook is well suited and appropriate for use in the office is when I have received an email from a manager with instructions on how to do something. I can then save that email as a PDF to reference later in my searches.

Email to PDF for Outlook is a great way to organize emails and save space on my computer or server. We find it very important to prepare documents for legal proceedings. Creating an organized document for our attorney to review and present was easy. It is much easier to search through PDFs than it is through emails.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

WE use it often here because we are always attaching something to back up our emails. It makes it very convenient to be able to have the paperwork attached to our emails. If a Customer requests a copy of the invoice I attach it as a PDF so they can print it out on their end.

  • accuracy is there
  • end users are able to print the document with ease

  • I love everything about it!
  • IT works perfectly
  • never had an issue
