We use Enterpret as the qualitative customer feedback system that helps us analyse and synthesise large amounts of data quickly and form solutions, roadmaps, and themes around customer feedback. I use the Wisdom feature frequently to help answer qualitative client questions and flesh out feedback presentation.

- Integrations - can't connect with all our data inputs
- Qualitative information and forming scores on features
- Interviewing capabilities like some competitors
Likelihood to Recommend
While I have enjoyed the product, onboarding was hard and a long, drawn-out process. I'm still struggling to create my own dashboards accurately.
