Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Evalato to manage two programs, one for awards, and one for a powerlist based on those awards and we couldn’t be happier with the tool. Since one of those programs is paid, we’re super happy that it supports payments options and takes care of that for us. The application portal in particular is super intuitive for applicants and we’ve managed to collect like twice the applications we did before we started using Evalato. It’s also easy to add judges and they also get their own space to look at the applications which works great for us. We also set up public voting for the powerlist program and it worked super well for people to log in and vote. All in all, an excellent choice for managing awards and powerlists.

Our experience with Evalato suggests that the software is a great fit and applicable to awards programs as well as powerlists and indexes. Both of these types of programs entail submission of applications and their subsequent evaluation. Evalato is also a good choice in case such programs are paid and payments need to be collected.

We use Evalato to manage 3 different award programs each year and it is a life-saver for our company. The software is incredibly user-friendly, efficient, and reliable. One of the things I appreciate most about the software is its ease of use. I am able to navigate through it effortlessly and the interface is quite intuitive, making it easy for me to set up the awards categories, prepare the submission forms, and manage the entries. Our judges also had a very pleasant experience evaluating the projects and said that they really appreciate how we have saved them a lot of time and effort by using this software to manage the awards.

Evalato is a great award management software, which has all of the necessary tools. One of the best features we used is that it allowed us to create our own award competition form and embed it into our website. This was a real lifesaver, as we didn't need to hire web developers to help us with that part of the process. It was all handled through Evalato's platform and it saved us time and money.

I use Evalato to organize business awards. It is very convenient and the work with it is fast. I like that everything is very simplified and I can manage everything myself. Participants in the awards I organize are also impressed.

Awards software that makes judges and applicants happy

Our organization is using Evalato to manage a complex awards program with a multitude of entries and judges. We previously had to do everything manually, which made for a very time-consuming process and we often had technical issues that would sometimes annoy entrants and judges. After we got Evalato, in addition to saving time, everyone has been super happy — the entrants as well as the judges which are very important for us.

Our absolute can't-do-without tool for awards management

We use Evalato to run our annual international awards, as well as to manage public voting rounds, power lists, and calls for speakers, judges, and sponsors. It's without a doubt our can't-do-without tool! Evalato helps us save tons of time and streamline all our processes. It definitely contributed to becoming the #1 awards in our industry and building our image as the most prestigious accolade for events and experiential marketing. What I love most about Evalato is how user-friendly it is. You can set up a new program in under an hour, and if you run annual awards, you can simply duplicate your old program and customize it in no time. One of the most helpful features to us is the automated emails and reminders for applicants and judges. This year we've reached a 99% entry submission rate which is unprecedented (and it wouldn't be possible without Evalato)! I recommend Evalato to anyone organizing awards. Once you adopt it, you'll never look back!

The whole process of managing an awards program has been extremely easy to setup and execute. It's been a joy! Right from the setup to categories, payment integration, setting up of the applicant and judges portals - the whole experience is seamless for the admin, the applicants and the jury! What i love it that I can sign up and run multiple programs simultaneously. And there are little details such as being able to send out an automated email notification to all or select participants that make the platform extremely user friendly!

I am organizing awards with the help of Evalato and find the software incredibly useful for the purpose. I managed to quickly get started with the product and set up an awards program with custom voting rounds much faster than I expected. I also really enjoy Evalato’s customizability — you can play around with the registration and application forms and website branding options, tweaking every little detail. Last but not least, the applicant portal is really intuitive too, and it seems that candidates are finding it easy to submit their applications.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Evalato to create different awards programs which include many categories and submissions. It's been great to work with Evalato because it's very intuitive and user-friendly. You don't even need a guide to start building your program, also every feature we needed was available. It's a flexible software that we would keep using.

Pros

  • Judges have a separate portal and can easily manage the voting process.
  • There are a lot of customizable options which gives us more freedom to align the program with our brand.
  • Support is everything to us and we are lucky to be assisted whenever there's a bump on the road.

Cons

  • I would love to have even more customizable options for the webpage.

The greatest benefit of Evalato is that it maximises our efficiency when organising awards and job fairs and it simplifies the whole process. Love the versatility of the platform. I have used it before for organising awards, but it is a great solution for virtual career events as well and I'm very pleased that I can have all my projects in one place.
