Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Evalato to manage two programs, one for awards, and one for a powerlist based on those awards and we couldn’t be happier with the tool. Since one of those programs is paid, we’re super happy that it supports payments options and takes care of that for us. The application portal in particular is super intuitive for applicants and we’ve managed to collect like twice the applications we did before we started using Evalato. It’s also easy to add judges and they also get their own space to look at the applications which works great for us. We also set up public voting for the powerlist program and it worked super well for people to log in and vote. All in all, an excellent choice for managing awards and powerlists.

Our experience with Evalato suggests that the software is a great fit and applicable to awards programs as well as powerlists and indexes. Both of these types of programs entail submission of applications and their subsequent evaluation. Evalato is also a good choice in case such programs are paid and payments need to be collected.
