We run an annual industry event that brings in experts from around North America and gives builders and architects an opportunity to earn learning credits by attending learning sessions. Eventleaf allowed us to standardize our name badges, create a check-in/check-out system for the entire event and for each of the learning sessions. This allowed us to track overall attendance to the event and also allowed us to create reporting on who attended which event and for how long, allowing us to give detail on which sessions they earned learning credit for.

Overall, Eventleaf is a low-cost, easy to setup and configure solution that a single person, with the right resources, can setup rapidly for an event.

Anywhere an event needs management, from producing a website where people can register, down to tracking people at the event. It provides apps that are compatible for PC, Android and iOS so users are able to access the platform from any means.

We decided to use Eventleaf Online because it had the flexibility of adding and deleting options to create exactly what we needed for our event registration. We were looking for a product that allowed us to create a multi platform with numerous session options on multiple days. Many other major products did not allow this type of registration and Eventleaf Online was the stand alone product with all. After struggling at first to follow the steps of Eventleaf Online I finally was able to play with the program to create different options. It was a bit challenging at first but after trial and error I figured it out. There were directions provided that were "sort of" helpful.

It has really provided us with the flexibility to create exactly what we are looking for in our registration page. It allows us to focus on something other than ticketing and not worry about this portion of the event.

We are a small church planning an event featuring a renowned spiritual thinker/leader. We needed a way to connect with a wider audience, take online registration and payments and manage attendees. The platform we would use needed to be safe, easy to navigate and use from our end and attractive, safe and easy to use by potential attendees.

EventLeaf was easy to navigate and use from the standpoint of a neophyte user of such a product/service - which was perfect for our use. I could see that there were many other things that could be used, such as planning tools, organizing tools, social media, reports, etc. We did not use these this time but can see possibilities for the future for us.

conferences with academics, professionals, and other VIP attendees. Highlights include comprehensive features for posting supporting

materials for presentations and also features for polling attendees after the

event.

Eventleaf really helps with project management in the planning stage as well as the live event. The void I have as a project manager is having to use so many different platforms in order to manage an event. Eventleaf for me is 3 products in one. Just spectacular.

I believe Eventleaf is just perfect for virtual and in person conferences, conventions and actually any ticketed corporate event. I would be less inclined to use Eventleaf for non corporate events.

I chose the Eventleaf Onlineplatform as a "last-minute decision" because my event was very near after exploring 3-4 platforms. At the beginning, I chose Eventleaf Online because they accepted my client's very low budget. However, I was amazed of the ease of using the backend, I admired how immediately any changes are applied. For my future events, I think I will use Eventleaf Online. The mobile app is very easy to be used by the average jo. However, I think it needs to load faster than now. The waiting time would go lower. I am sure Eventleaf Online is one step closer to compete high level old platforms.

If the Eventleaf Online team can add some advancements like website templates, mobile app templates, and other options that offer ready variations for event organizers

Launching a Software User Conference for our customers after missing the last two years. We are looking to increase attendees from 180 to 250. Our marketing department is half the size it was the last time we did this event. We needed a platform to support Registrations, Promotions and Attendee Experience.

We are a small company with big demands. This allows us to run our event efficiently. We are able to manage and automate registrations, create microsite print badges, and provide a great attendee experience, without a taxing investment

We are an academic non-profit. We host an annual conference and fundraising events.

In 2020, we went virtual, and in 2021, we went hybrid. We wanted an app to help support our move into hybrid conferencing. However, other companies were charging unmanageable prices on top of an already pricey annual contract. Eventleaf offered this at a fraction of the cost.

For the past decade, we have also worked with a big-brand event management software company, and it was miserable--poor customer service and a non-intuitive, convoluted, difficult-to-manage interface. It was also costly. Eventleaf offered the same functionality (more!), a pain-free experience, and provided excellent customer service.

Eventleaf is great for large or small scale conferencing--in person, online, or hybrid.

It is excellent for registration and ticketing of any event. We use it for fundraising as well.

Eventleaf solves the problem of having a registration platform for a hybrid event that can be customised to inform attendees with the information that they need to know. For in-person attendees, this means location and venue, meet sponsors, social dinner etc., but also option to join the webinar; for webinar only, how to access the webinar, read speaker profiles, contact sponsors.

The integration with Zoom or other webinar platform is not as comprehensive as I would like. Still testing but it would appear that the Eventleaf portal simply launches Zoom as a separate app. Once in Zoom, it is unclear how users will interact with both Zoom and Eventleaf for Q&A, surveys and so on. I will soon find out and hopefully update this review. The inclusion of attendance certificate and feedback is also a big plus.

I am still testing but the feature list for setting up agenda, speakers, sponsors, registrants etc seem pretty comprehensive so far.

You can customize the layout to your needs and display a lot of information like meeting location directly on google maps, agenda etc. Also you can export an overview of all registrations, which helps to keep track of your planning.

I use Eventleaf for event registrations - project meetings, webinars and online trainings. It helps to set up a nice event registration page and it is easy to use. The possibility to customize the page with your logo and project colours - and the resgitration link, is very appealing and looks professional. The participants are well guided throught the registration step and receive a confirmation email.
