Use Cases and Deployment Scope

What we really love about EveryoneSocial is that we are able to easily share articles related to our business. It is one of the fastest tools that we have used for these scenarios. As well, we have improved our internal communication. It developed the awareness on our team by introducing internal competition.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Easy to understand
  • Accurate stats

Cons

  • There have been some lags when logging in.
  • A better integration with FB
  • It kicks me out on an iPhone device

Likelihood to Recommend

We have situations where we need to be on a 1o1 meeting. I do not consider that this tool would be the best one for those scenarios. Instead, we need a more straightforward tool like a video conferencing tool. However, I bet that there is a way to properly have these types of meetings with EveryoneSocial.

It is our duty to distribute different content to our departments. It was hard to have control over every post on our different platforms. Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used EveryoneSocial in my past 2 jobs, and I have seen a couple of different uses for this software, but in my current job, the main ones are for social recruiting and to create engagement among the employees, it's used to allow the users to share important news and content to their social networks by an authorized way.

Pros

  • Content curation
  • Complete Social media integration
  • Employee empowerment

Cons

  • It's missing video support
  • It needs continuous improvement to keep features up to date
  • There are some bugs with some old smartphones

Likelihood to Recommend

EveryoneSocial is a great help and is well suited in cases where the company needs to send broadcasts or posts that need to be monitored or managed by company policies or compliance to align with the company's goal, however, it is not well suited for scenarios where voice calls or phone calls are needed.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been given the opportunity of helping other companies, apart from the one that I am in at the moment. I have used EveryoneSocial to properly plan our marketing projects, and then to proceed with the plans. With EveryoneSocial, we have been able to distribute our work to the proper departments and then to properly send them to the respective social platform. It is nice to have an easy way to share files and statistics.

Pros

  • It can easily share files within team mates
  • It is nice to have a place to share changes of policies
  • It is a great tool to provide help to our members

Cons

  • Sometimes there was a lag when trying to download a file
  • I had a situation when we received a delayed notification
  • There were some bugs with some smartphones

Likelihood to Recommend

EveryoneSocial works better when we need to communicate something internally and as well, we need to monitor our social platforms. EveryoneSocial would not be a good fit for a situation where the company only is in the need of video callings or normal phone calls. Nowadays, companies have different departments, maybe, there might be a department that would not need EveryoneSocial that much. However, EveryoneSocial fits pretty well in every area, based on my expertise.

The best part of my day is knowing that there is an all in one software that is simple to use and to train employees to use as well. It gives many companies a platform that makes it simpler than ever for employees to become stronger company advocates through social media.

Pros

  • Getting results on reports is a lot easier and practical.
  • The scheduling capabilities make it better to post throughout the day.
  • After implementing this software in the company the sales have increased periodically.

Cons

  • One of the things that stand out is that it does not support videos.
  • The lack of updating certain features over a long period of time.
  • After rearranging content is not saved appropriately and reverts to previous order.

Likelihood to Recommend

With this software, employees use their social media accounts to share helpful, relevant information. It helps boot employee engagement that improves internal communication to help build a better business for all. It provides a high level of content making it fully equipped to succeed in the digital world that we now live in.

Looking to socially activate your employees? EveryoneSocial is a great tool with only minor flaws.

Rating: 7 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

EveryoneSocial is being used by two of my clients, and I consult them on its usage and the content implemented there. My team also helps create the content used there, but it's so integrated into our monthly social process that I wouldn't say the program is used across my entire organization. Mostly just by me. I've used it both as a user, as well as utilizing it as an admin. The clients that use EveryoneSocial try to encourage everyone(haha) from the organization to leverage the tool and participate, but in both cases, it ends up being mostly the sales team, with some people within the marketing department utilizing the tool. The tool is used to activate employee advocates in social media. This tool supplies those employees with already-created social media posts, so that they don't have to think about what to write to support their company, the employee just connects their personal social media account to the platform and it pushes out the pre-populated post, making it easier for employees to become involved in social media on behalf of his/her company.

Pros

  • Different "content streams." This is a great feature to make sure that each sub-section (department, vertical, etc.) can have its own customized stream of social posts to share, rather than just one massive dumping ground of posts for everyone. Helps to keep things clean and organized.
  • Analytics: This is a really cool feature, being able to see the stats on what activity metrics your posts have driven. It gives users visibility into exactly what impact they're making on social for his/her business, which always makes for its talking point for employee reviews. :)
  • Profile integrations/extensions: You can connect your Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Xing account to the program, maximizing your ability to share on social. There's also a mobile app version that allows you to share on the go, as well as built-in browser add-ons to make the creation of content, posts on the fly very easy.

Cons

  • Leaderboards: I think it's great to have one, it's a strong motivator, but to my knowledge, there's no room for customizations/separate leaderboards the way there is for the different content streams. Seems like a no-brainer that each content stream/group should have its own leaderboard. With one general leaderboard, I've seen it actually discourage people from participating, b/c they see Joe Smith with over a thousand shares, etc. and feel like they'll never catch up, so why bother. Separate, customized leaderboards would be a right direction for this product. This is really one of the only areas I think this tool is really lacking in.

Likelihood to Recommend

EveryoneSocial is a great, scalable solution for both enterprise companies and smaller businesses. Both clients that use the platform are businesses with national/international workforces with thousands of employees and have had very few problems using the tool. I think a solution like this makes the most sense for a larger company (250+ people). It's a little pricey (~$1500+ a month) so you would need lots of activity and willing employees participating to make the cost worthwhile. There are other solutions like GaggleAmp with similar functionality better suited to smaller companies with much more manageable pricing structures.

EveryoneSocial - Energize your employees around your brand

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company is in a regulated industry. Empowering employees to be active with our brand has legal barriers. We are using EveryoneSocial to empower and encourage employees to share branded content without exposing ourselves to common risks in our industry. In addition we are using this tool to supplement content aggregation for our partners while feeding our own content into their streams giving us greater visibility to their networks. This tool is expanding our social reach significantly internally and with partners.

Pros

  • Content aggregation
  • Social reporting
  • Employee engagement
  • Personal branding
  • Brand Building
  • Social Media

Cons

  • Gamification
  • Training
  • User groups

Likelihood to Recommend

Probably best suited in regulated industries. However, I have seen it used very well in non-regulated industries as well. This also works very well in associations. Probably not a great tool for companies with less than 20 employees. Some key questions I would ask during the selection process are what will you do to help ensure a successful launch, where can I find RSS feeds to help with content aggregation and what are best practices from your most successful customers?
