Our organisation used Admin Tools for Jira frequently to optimise Jira usage, improve comms, notifications, clustering issues, etc. With lots of tickets being raised frequently, it made sense to have an add-on to improve visibility, and easier classification of tickets for quick glances & faster fixes. The workflows have also been easier.

Admin tools is well suited if the number of tickets in a day is greater than 20-30. Any lesser, this makes no sense. Hence, this will be a good fit for companies that have a size of more than 200 employees.
