Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I like the software and the main office is great to work with. I call them and not only do they fix the problem, they explain it all to me as well. I think Rachel may have saved my company with the stuff she found that the previous owners had goofed up. I have had a great experience with everybody there, and I( like the software more than the big one that most people are using that seems to always have problems. EZBIS generally doesn't have as many problems as Chiro***ch.

Pros

  • EHR
  • appointments
  • billing

Cons

  • customization is tricky
  • learning curve is a liitle steep, not bad

Likelihood to Recommend

I like simple. I like not cloud based. It does what I need and doesn't break down.
