built-in Messenger for Meta's Facebook suite

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Facebook Messenger to follow up on any Facebook-related inquiries, or to stay connected to folks who click on Facebook-built events. Because it operates inside the FB suite of products, it is a seamless way to stay in communication with potential connections. We just have one person who maintains those particular communications, with a little bit of AI support in drafting content.
