Facebook Messenger has become a critical tool for my business in making regular contact with clients, identifying their needs, quickly staying in touch for bookings and for sharing feedback and information. The service provides a great system to share files and data as well. Most of the demographic of my clientele are using the service so it becomes a key tool

Facebook Messenger is a more popular chat solution and allows you to reach clients more quickly compared to whatsapp. I've found whatsapp to be a little fraudulent around contact information and people not known to me reaching out. Facebook Messenger has moments of this too but it is less regular
