Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use it for every recording, transcribing, and notetaking in every Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet call I attend. The outstanding notetaking skills of the system allows me to focus on my clients / the person I'm speaking with, rather than capturing what they say. I'm able to be more present in meetings as a result. Additionally, keeping tabs on how much I'm talking vs the other person in the meeting is so valuable! The new notes feature where you can change the format of the notes entirely with a click of the button (change templates) is outstanding. And the Zapier integration is great. I have a zap set to send each action item to my to do list in Clickup (my task management system).

Return on Investment
- It was free until recently, so this is n/a. I do have a paid subscription now that they released new AI features, but those are too new to review.
- The time I don't have to spend reviewing or rewriting my notes can be multiplied by my hourly rate, and would be a significant number if looked at on a monthly basis, but if you also consider the energy I get back and ability to be more present in meetings, that is priceless.
