Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The better you understand your customers, the more likely you are to succeed in your marketing endeavors. I use Feedier to analyze collected data and help gain new insights to improve the customer experience. I highly recommend anyone running a business to use this survey collection tool.

Cons

  • Sending SMS & Email campaigns to Recipient - it is a bit challenging to import contact information
  • More option to customize the footer area

To collect customer response about product and services I recommend Feedier. However, Feedier may not be best for collecting reviews and testimonial.
