Fegud for Teams

Fegud for Teams is corporate wellness software built around a monthly bingo card. It is designed for organizations whose wellness budget goes unused because employees do not open the tools they are given, and it targets participation rather than enrollment.

How it works

Each employee receives a card of 24 activities selected from a library of 288, spread across four focus areas: movement, nutrition, mindset, and connection. Activities are scoped to a single workday, such as a ten-minute walk, a screen-free lunch, or an early night. Employees mark squares complete in the mobile app. Cards reset on the first of each month, so employees who fall behind start fresh rather than abandoning the program.

Reporting and privacy

The HR dashboard reports participation by team and department. It does not display individual completion history anywhere in the product, and departments below the reporting threshold are combined into a larger count to prevent identification by elimination. Every plan includes the dashboard, engagement alerts, and monthly PDF reports. Department analytics are available on eligible plans. Employees who connect Apple Health or Health Connect can have movement activities complete automatically; that health data remains on the device and is not transmitted to the vendor or the employer.

Employee experience

Streaks, badges, and department and individual leaderboards support ongoing use. Rest days preserve streaks, so time away does not reset progress. Any activity can be privately adapted into seated, low-energy, or low-sensory versions, and those adaptations are not visible to administrators. A company feed allows employees to share completions or participate under a display name.

Deployment

The vendor states that initial setup takes approximately 30 minutes using CSV upload or individual invitations. Employees without corporate email addresses, including frontline and multi-site staff, enroll through a QR code or a shared kiosk with administrator approval. No HRIS integration is required, though BambooHR is supported.

Plans and availability

Pricing is per company rather than per employee, starting at $199 USD per month for up to 25 employees, with tiers to 500 employees and custom pricing for 500+ employees. Plans are annual commitments payable monthly or yearly. A 7-day free trial is available without a credit card. The employee app runs on iOS and Android in English, French, and Spanish. Vendor support responds within one business day.
