BambooHR has established a level of organisation that our company was crying out for. Before we implemented it, we had different systems for time tracking, recruitment, time off requests and even manual filing of paperwork. Now everything is done within the one system. Recruitment in particular has been amazing. It is excellent for navigating the end to end recruitment of candidates.

I'd like to arrange my time tracking report by first name alphabetical order. Currently this is only arranged by surname order.

Return on Investment

The impact it has had is huge. Not sure just from myself as P&C Manager being able to stay on top of everything, but from an employees perspective being able to manage their time, time off, job history etc. It has impacted everyone at the business.

Bamboo is used in my company for HR purposes, such as employee tracking and goal setting for mid-year and end-of-year reviews. We use this as a primary tool for running performance reviews, and it works quite well because everything is consolidated in one location, and the appropriate staff have access to it.

Showcase notes in list format rather than bubble/square.

For the most part I am able to keep most of our information in one area. It allows for easy integration with other apps and ATS software. It assist's us with performance reviews. It makes onboarding and offboarding a lot easier. The built in Employee Community is great for making company-wide announcements.

We use it as the hub for internal communications, regular process docs, calendar of events (birthdays, anniversaries), employee records, roles & responsibilities and org charts all in one place.

internal navigation can be tricky
things are not always linked intuitively
Since everything these days is linked via API, it would be nice to have items like retirement savings directly linked to account

I think we have the ability to scale quicker and get our new-hires hit the ground running.
It's easy to access and secure.
I, personally, have to reference BambooHR to keep up with new hires and get them plugged into the appropriate marketing comms channels, so I love being able to do that without being notified or guessing.

I am a manager in my organization, and I utilize Bamboo to track time off, time cards, one-on-ones, reviews, and other aspects to help manage my team. This helps coordinate my time and ensures we can maintain staffing and allow those who need to take time off to do so. It has been great to maintain our performance reviews as well. Tracking one-on-ones is also a great tool I use to follow up and allow my employees to input their thoughts and topics to discuss.
