It's very well suited to be used in use cases like lending process automation in a bank or NBFC.

We love the automation of it and it provides best in class lifecycle management capabilities combined with the power of the cloud. It provides easy of work for us. It helps with our auto loans and many other.

FinnOne [Neo Cloud helped] with the complete loan lifecycle from the first time a customer contacts us all the way to the end. It helps with better loan decisions. We use it to process a lot of loans and we like the faster process and the paperless process as well. I cannot think of anything negative to say about this system.

It is being used for flexibility, especially since it is cloud-based, so the connection and interaction between the human and the system is even more greater and free than previously. We use it to engage in work collaboration with each other remotely.

Pros

  • One thing that makes a major difference is the compatibility with a mobile operating system. Because of its capability, access to our file had become less of a chore.
  • The analytics of this platform is more advanced, grasping data that are important to us and that will be in use daily, advanced stats provides us the accurate information we need for implementation.
  • The portal system makes security and privacy of our information confidential, and easy to use in sharing with someone else within the same domain. The portal helps us navigate the work we need and improves our quality of work.

  • The interface could be improved because there is some confusion in certain areas that need to be more friendly and clear.
