Finvi Simplicity

Simplicity Collect by Finvi is a debt collection platform used by agencies to manage unlimited clients, cases, and staff with intelligent workflows built for growth. Through it's portal, consumers can make payments with a credit card and/or ACH payment. Clients can review accounts, add accounts, edit the collection status, insert transactions, submit bulk files, build their own reports, and print debtor statements.

Through the report builder, agents can create specific parameters that allow for custom report capabilities. Staff can perform bulk activities instead of performing them as one-offs. And employees can obtain current party contact information (through Finvi's partnership with LocateSmarter).
