Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Five9 Agent Assist helps our agents by providing assistance on how to handle each call based on the account or what type of customers our agents are handling.

Pros

  • Providing good summary for the the call
  • providing next step for the agents
  • providing suggested resolution for the call

Cons

  • There are cases where it's recommending an old article or knowledgebase
  • too many options being recommended reducing confidence on or providing confusion
  • not providing links to allow agents to double check or verify the information

Likelihood to Recommend

At the moment, I think it's the best one out there. It's also integrated with our system well. We have Five9 for our dialer that's already connected through salesforce so having Five9 Agent Assist is a huge plus compared to getting another AI overview. It's also good with providing summary and providing suggestions.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

we are using it for our outreach agents to summarize the content that they need to discuss with the member when they are on the call. We are also using this for showing the next best actions to guide them thru the call. It automatically transcripting the conversation and populating the summary into the salesforce fields which is helpful for next agent when they do followup with the member again.

Cons

  • sometimes the transcription is lacking all the details. Good to have the whole conversation apart from the summary

Likelihood to Recommend

well suited for call transcription so that agents know exactly what members are expecting for. It will improve the customer satisfaction. I would recommend this to someone who is also looking for guidance thru the calls as well. With these features we can make sure agents are following all the necessary steps, completing all required tasks for each call
