Framer is a great website builder. It has a very affordable CMS plan that works perfectly for small businesses. Framer also offers the ability to grow with your audience and reach. It is very intuitive to use and it has great learning materials and support.

  • I hoped you could export the code you generate with Framer.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using the Framer primarily to create landing pages, marketing websites and campaign pages. This helps our design team convert ideas into responsive and production ready websites without relying heavily on devs

Pros

  • Huge template library
  • Easy to build and publish websites
  • Good animation and interactions

Cons

  • I feel pricing is slightly on higher side
  • More flexible CMS features will be better
  • Since I'm designer and don't know much about coding, it would be helpful if complex interaction can be handled visually without coding currently some advances customisation requires code overrides.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Framer is a good way to create an MVP for a new project or even build a decent landing page without needing a whole technical team. There are a lot of AI functions that need to be understood, but it is possible even for non-technical specialists. Also, there are built-in possibilities for automations and integration with stuff like n8n, Typeform, and Zapier.

  • The main issue with Framer is bandwidth.
  • A lot of clients are suffering from the bandwidth, and they need to give more space for this.
  • Customer suffers from bandwidth increasing because of the bandwidth they need to pay double

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Framer for the development of various website, including my own portfolio and church website. I also used it for a client. The business challenge usually was that we wanted a good looking, simple website that was easy to maintain and stable on multiple viewports.
