FreightPOP is supply chain software for mid-sized and enterprise manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and 3PLs that manage freight across multiple carriers and transportation modes. It combines transportation management with order and warehouse management, connecting freight execution, warehouse operations, and order data in one system.

FreightPOP manages transportation from quote through delivery. Rate shopping compares contracted and spot carrier rates across parcel, LTL, FTL, rail, air, and ocean. Address validation identifies likely accessorials during quoting, so they are priced into the quote rather than appearing on the invoice later. Load planning, route optimization, and dock scheduling support consolidation, multi-stop shipments, and inbound and outbound appointments.

Centralized tracking provides carrier updates and alerts when shipments are delayed or at risk, with status available for reporting and ERP updates. FreightPOP also monitors expected transit times and can request carrier updates when shipments fall behind. CoPilot handles typed or spoken requests for shipment creation and platform data, and Model Context Protocol support connects FreightPOP data and functions to external AI tools.

On the financial side, invoice auditing compares carrier invoices, including PDFs, against original quotes and identifies discrepancies such as reweighs, reclasses, and unquoted accessorials. Freight claims, freight spend, carrier performance, and on-time delivery can also be managed and analyzed within the platform.

FreightPOP receives orders from ERPs, marketplaces, and storefronts and runs pick, pack, and warehouse execution against the same order record. It connects with more than 1,500 ERPs, carriers, marketplaces, and logistics providers, including NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Epicor, Oracle, Syspro, Sage, Infor, QuickBooks, and Zoho. The ERP remains the system of record while FreightPOP manages transportation and warehouse execution around it.

The platform is designed for shippers managing their own freight spend. The vendor states their reported results include freight spend reductions of up to 30%, with 8 to 15% recovered through invoice auditing.
