There are a ton of resources and tutorials for GitHub online. The sheer number of people who use GitHub ensures that someone has the exact answer you are looking for. The docs on GitHub itself are very thorough as well. You will often find an official doc along with the hundreds of independent tutorials that answers your question, which is unusual for most online services.

It's a testament to how easy it is to use GitHub and how many others use it that you can pretty much find the answer to any problem you have by searching online. Consequently, I've never needed to use their support. It's an incredibly easy tool to set up initially, so it won't require much onboarding expertise to get started.

I honestly can't see a better alternative to GitHub. It's competitors may have similar features now, but Github far more widely used and continues to evolve and add powerful features. Outside of work, from a hobbyist perspective it was also nice to see them open the use of private repos and reasonable usage limits. I continue to be impressed by the speed and ease of use provided by GitHub.

GitHub maintains a well-documented user support database online, which is great because there are definitely times where we need to rely on documentation to resolve minor issues. To date, the GitHub support documentation has been sufficient and we have thus far not needed to reach out to GitHub Support directly.

If any service or product makes you stick around to use their service, then you can say it is a must-have product/service. The same way, GitHub is. I am really liking the new features added by the community such as job portals and many more in GitHub.

Never had the need to use GitHub's customer support. The tool is already very intuitive, has a lot of FAQ on their website, or you can easily find your needs by just googling the issue. Also, GitHub has abundant documentation online for any specific scenario that the user may have.

In all honesty, I've never had to Use Github support, so it's difficult for me to speak about their support availability and quality. But I have always found their documentation and self-service support guides to be very helpful and easy to understand. I've heard positive things about their support but have never used it.

I haven't really needed to use the GitHub customer support so I can't speak to the quality of the Support that they actually give you when needed. However, with that being said, not needing it is a good indication of how easy it has been to work with and speaks for itself.

They have a very active support team and are ready to help as and when required. The support is not that very costly and the Support Engineers are highly skilled in their domain. There were cases where we had to reach out to the support team for issues and always they were helpful in solving the issues asap.

GitHub has been very responsive for any issues we rise from our organization. They even came to our org to demo the new features and how we could benefit from them before they are launched. So overall, I think they are doing a great job in terms of customer support.
