Google Cloud CDN comes with the package of Google Cloud and it is one of the fastest CDN available in the market. We are using Google Cloud CDN to host most of our static content and serve that content in secured methods. Using their Load Balancers and SSL, we can easily rely on Google Cloud CDN.
  • It is one of the most secure and fastest CDN available globally.
  • It helps in improving the performance of the website or web-apps.
  • It drastically reduces the latency, so the loading time of the content is reduced as well.
  • It allows using SSL for improved Security and serving the content using the HTTPS protocol.
  • Their support system is not competitive and takes a huge time generally.
  • Setting up for the first time might be a little complex thing for beginners.
  • Documentation needs so many updates and improvements.
Google Cloud CDN is available globally and supports various load balancers available in different regions around the globe, so I find Google Cloud CDN as one of the best choices for CDN as it serves globally and it is really fast, safe, and secure. It might be not suitable for you if you do not have any technical background.

We have started using Google Cloud CDN in the last three months. It's a start-up project for our whole organization. By using Google Cloud CDN, we avoid commitments to one vendor. We can quickly build new apps and update our existing ones. The platform always stays consistent and it provides comprehensive data analysis.
  • The building and modernizing of apps
  • Data analysis
  • Security
  • Work with other integrations such as Smartphones
  • Monitoring and usage reporting
  • Support
It allows us to build and maintain original applications which can then be published from the web. It addresses the business need for enterprises. The pay structure also allows us to pay as we go, thereby we don't have to pay monthly. It also allows us to borrow the analytics and not come up with them on our own.

The software is very easy to use with an intuitive interface. This also increases my delivery performance. I like the fact that it improves my application performance by having the data cached decentrally on a node that is close to the client. Allowing the use of a global load balancer is also very easy.
  • Speed
  • Good transfer between different servers.
  • Software is easy to use with a intuitive interface.
  • Slightly expensive
  • Complicated cache
  • Error messages
It is a complete CDN for all types of use, with an unprecedented network for the delivery and distribution of content at a speed unmatched in the market. Thanks to the network servers that Amazon has, this is something that is not found in any other platform that claims to offer integration services in the cloud. The transfer between the different servers is impressive and speeds up the display on different search engines. In this way, we are always at the top of the searches that interest us.

Google Cloud CDN is simple to implement when you are already using other Google Cloud Services such as Google Cloud Storage. It is easy to set up and configure and only takes a few steps to get it up and running. It increases the performance of our applications and also has built-in security (SSL). It allows us to scale our applications using the load balancer. It is available in many locations in the world and offers one of the best availability and reliability. Highly recommended.
  • Great availability and reliability
  • Easy to setup
  • Offers security and load balancing
  • Nothing to dislike
Google Cloud CDN is well suited if you are already using other Google services. It is very easy to set up with just a few clicks to get running. It is also useful if you do not wish to be bothered with maintaining your own SSL cert and want to automate the management of your SSL security.

We use Google Cloud CDN for our startup projects as well as our clients' projects. Increasing the speed and smart cache of different parts of the site has an important performance for us. Page loading speed is one of the components of SEO, and also in today's competitive world, the faster site loads, the greater success of attracting the audience. Also, the advanced technologies used in Google CDN have increased the security of the site and reduced the costs for us and our customers. It creates a great combination along with the use of cloud space.
  • The intelligent categorization and management of site content cache in Google Cloud CDN is unique and offers the best results with simple settings.
  • It has powerful servers in all geographical regions of the world and the speed of the site will increase many times for the customer with smart routing.
  • It has AnyCast IP feature and website receives a single global IP address. In this case, the site loads at the same speed worldwide.
  • When setting up, there should be a smart assistant with a calculator of estimated facilities and costs next to the Administrator to help IT manager to choose the best service.
  • Designing an artificial intelligence and using a learning machine to identify the best plan offered to customers after one month of using the service.
  • For beginners and novices, it's a bit confusing to add a simple plan to conceptualized these.
Google Cloud CDN has helped us in all startup projects and heavy projects and has provided millions of simultaneous requests to users through proper management in a secure and SSL platform. Reducing costs and reducing server congestion have been done very smartly and accurately, and users of our sites can quickly access content from anywhere in the world.

We are using Google Cloud CDN for serving static resources on our website. This has helped us to get faster response times across the globe and helps in making the website page speed score higher. Marketing website development team uses it and is happy with the overall functionality available in Google Cloud CDN.
  • Integrates easily with Google Cloud VMs.
  • Works with the Global Load Balancers as backend.
  • Worldwide POPs help in faster speed.
  • Unable to use any kind of code to show different content.
  • Absence of cloud workers as provided by Cloudfront, Cloudflare and Akamai.
  • No support for dynamic routing.
It is well suited if you are looking for a traditional CDN which can serve static images, CSS, JS really fast. But if you are planning to use any of the new age features, or are trying to setup any kind of dynamic requests via the CDN, then Google Cloud CDN will not work well.

A few years ago I tested a few solutions as I sought a place to host my company's website. I wanted something easily scalable and ubiquitous that didn't require any technical gymnastics to set up or maintain. I eventually decided upon Google Cloud CDN. It ticked all my needs and I was also able to test it for free.
  • Scalable
  • I can use the most popular content deliver software, e.g WordPress.
  • Some users complain that pricing is challenging, I don't think so.
I use WordPress and I believe Google Cloud CDN is the best solution for WordPress hosting.
I didn't have the need to use support from Google when I was either testing or setting up my website. Information was easily found by searching online if I needed to, and the options that I needed to install or enable were there on the setup page. Honestly, I was a former systems administrator so most of this stuff is not challenging for me.

We use Google Cloud CDN or content delivery network for CDN needs of our organisational content. It's being used to serve the static content from internet for faster loading of content to portal users and to load css and java scripts as static content over the CDN. It's one of the best to spread the static content over the internet.
  • It is one of the best CDN in the market as it has google at its back, it has the highest uptime.
  • This really helps us to reduce the loading time of content as well as site, blog or portal.
  • It needs very much learning experience. Beginners have to learn so much before actually setting it up.
  • Not so good for small organisations as the pricing is higher than other options.
Google Cloud CDN is one of the best suited tools to serve images, css, java scripts and other static contents. We also use it as the server of static contents in promotional emails. It is one of the best uses for Google Cloud CDN as it reduces the loading time of the content of emails or sites.
As I said earlier, as we are already the Google Cloud Services user, Google Cloud CDN has some similarities in the UI and use cases, it's not so difficult to set up for us. Even after that there are 1000's of articles and blogs over the internet and Google documentation for most of the use cases and requirements.

Google Cloud CDN can be a great boost to help manage web networks with its many features. It has been used as an effective tool for the organization I work with and simplifies overall infrastructure costs. Its best for organizations utilizing Google Cloud products like Google cloud storage. It also helps to enhance overall security measures for a web presence online.
  • Google Cloud CDN works really well with other Google cloud platform produces like Google Cloud Storage.
  • Users of Google services will have an easier learning curve.
  • The service can really enhance the overall speed of websites and platforms online.
  • For some, there may be a lack of support for some needs like training or specialty issues involving security.
  • The product can be difficult for some network administrators or web managers to utilize. It's not meant to be an easy product to use at first glance.
  • Overall, it works well to improve website loads and interactions. However, its pricing structure for some smaller companies may keep it a little out of their budget range.
Google Cloud CDN works great as a tool to manage and accelerate web platforms and services. Its enhancements can greatly outweigh its training and budgetary costs for smaller organizations. For some businesses or organizations, the product may be an overkill if they have simple web hosting or service needs. Smaller organizations with limited in-house staff may find the product difficult to implement and utilize without hiring additional support.
