Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I’ve always used Google Translate to inform my non-English speaking students' parents. It has helped me translate my newsletters and parent memos. I’ve also used it to communicate with parents as well as write specific notes to non-English speaking friends, parents, and educators. It is a great tool to use.

Pros

  • Translate different languages
  • Auto correct the spelling in a language
  • Suggests different ways to say certain words and phrases

Cons

  • When translating, it should automatically recognize the language and use the proper punctuation marks,
  • Recognize the different symbols used in other languages
  • Know when to interpret and spell words without autocorrect

Return on Investment

  • It had a very positive impact on translating documents.
  • I did have to use a Spanish speaking teacher reread the translation
  • It is very easy to use.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Google Translate for many purposes in our org. It really helps us in translating the complete document , email and forms too. Usually we recieve them in different langugae and for us the accuracy of these translation is very importnat.
We had tried several products but Google Translate stands out for our use-case. Its not just better in translation accuracy but it also have very good downstream integration which helped us in smother integration with our internal systems.

  • Downstream integration with other apps

  • I belive Google Translate should also share confindence score alongside translation
  • Integration with apps can be made smoother
  • allowing to store our translated text

  • reduceded dependency on support staff for any document translation
  • It also helped is in expanding support for different regions by helping us translate those langugaes.
