Great translator
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I’ve always used Google Translate to inform my non-English speaking students' parents. It has helped me translate my newsletters and parent memos. I’ve also used it to communicate with parents as well as write specific notes to non-English speaking friends, parents, and educators. It is a great tool to use.
Pros
- Translate different languages
- Auto correct the spelling in a language
- Suggests different ways to say certain words and phrases
Cons
- When translating, it should automatically recognize the language and use the proper punctuation marks,
- Recognize the different symbols used in other languages
- Know when to interpret and spell words without autocorrect
Likelihood to Recommend
In my experiences while using Google Translate, it has used certain words that translated in a different dialect. For example, there are different dialects of Spanish and Google Translate should be able to recognize each one. Mexico Spanish is different from Puerto Rico Spanish, Spain and other Spanish countries. There should be a translation for each dialect.
