I often need to fax documents to hospitals and doctors for my work as an independent patient advocate. I need to be able to reliably and easily send faxes multiple times a week. I sometimes have to fax more than 75 pages at a time.
Pros
- Sending faxes
- Showing me whether a fax has been successfully sent
- Receiving faxes
Cons
- I don't use the sign + fax functionality because I'm already using hellosign / dropbox sign to sign things
- I originally used my personal email to set up my log in but I am not able to change it to my professional email because of overlaps with an account with hellosign / dropbox sign
- It would be nice if it warned me if I'm trying to send a fax to a number that hasn't worked in the past
Likelihood to Recommend
It's extremely easy to get started with faxing as a small business. It's the best/cheapest standalone solution I have found for faxing. I'm a solo entrepreneur and it does everything I need it to do.
