Overall Satisfaction with HelloFax
I often need to fax documents to hospitals and doctors for my work as an independent patient advocate. I need to be able to reliably and easily send faxes multiple times a week. I sometimes have to fax more than 75 pages at a time.
- Sending faxes
- Showing me whether a fax has been successfully sent
- Receiving faxes
- I don't use the sign + fax functionality because I'm already using hellosign / Dropbox Sign to sign things
- I originally used my personal email to set up my log in but I am not able to change it to my professional email because of overlaps with an account with hellosign / Dropbox Sign
- It would be nice if it warned me if I'm trying to send a fax to a number that hasn't worked in the past
- Don't have to get a fax machine or leave my house to send a fax (i.e. at a Staples, etc.)
- I don't have to worry about paying hundreds of dollars a month for a bundled solution that I might not get enough value from
It doesn't fit very well into my workflow to send a fax via email. I like having it in one separate place better. RingCentral is expensive and I have other tools already that do what it does (phone, etc.)

- It's SaaS and doesn't require upgrades
Yes - I needed more faxes per month than I was getting with the free plan. The change was seamless.
