Physio uses HENO for the majority of our entire teams' workflow, from appointment scheduling, medical records, and accounting/collections. It solves the issue of having to use different systems for each department and eases communication due to how integrated it is.

- The billing framework is easy to navigate, and the variety of reporting options allow information to be processed in many ways.

- Tracking of appointments, and documentation could be cleaner.
- Alerts could be more customizable, and error messages could provide more information to the user.

HENO is a wonderful system for any Physical Therapy practice currently operating in multiple programs. It streamlines systems and communication through its department integration, allows for HIPAA compliant internal messaging, and client communication, and it has a high level of practice customization. It also has a patient portal which can be very useful.
