Use Cases and Deployment Scope
HuddleUp is being used by our entire organisation. Our main aim when we signed up with HuddleUp was to identify the pain areas or what the employees were feeling while working with us and work towards improving it to maintain a healthy and happy working environment.
Pros
- They have an AI driven chatbot with a comprehensive EX framework.
- The summarized data they provide is very useful and easy to understand.
- Once we know what the short-comings of a manager are, he/she receives a personalized growth plan, playbooks from world's leading experts.
Cons
- As of now, we are not facing any concerns with HuddleUp.
Likelihood to Recommend
We being a SaaS company are really happy with the concept and the entire procedure that HuddleUp follows. What I feel is that a company with up to 500/600 employees should definitely use this product. I also feel that this product will help employees to stay connected in a remote working set-up because they have a feature of social connection wherein they regularly connect employees over Slack.
