What is Hyperloop?

Hyperloop is an accounts receivable (AR) automation platform centered on HyperAgent, a software agent that performs collection, cash-application, dispute-management, and reconciliation workflows. The platform uses customer, invoice, payment, and communication data to identify accounts requiring attention and initiate actions within organization-defined policies.

Hyperloop applies human-in-the-loop (HITL) controls to financial decisions that require approval. Users establish business rules and escalation thresholds, while HyperAgent handles eligible operational tasks and routes exceptions for review.

Key Capabilities

  • Cash Application: Hyperloop matches incoming payments with open invoices and routes unresolved exceptions for investigation.
  • Collections Management: HyperAgent monitors outstanding invoices, identifies accounts at risk of late payment, and initiates collection activities before or after an invoice’s due date.
  • Personalized Outreach: The platform generates email, SMS, and letter communications using customer payment history, previous disputes, and account context.
  • Payment Plan Negotiation: HyperAgent can propose or negotiate payment arrangements within predefined financial and approval limits. Terms outside those limits are escalated to authorized personnel.
  • Dispute Management: Hyperloop detects, categorizes, tracks, and routes invoice disputes. The platform can identify purchase-order and pricing discrepancies associated with a disputed invoice.
  • Discount Recommendations: The system evaluates customer and payment information to recommend discount terms intended to encourage earlier payment. Finance personnel retain control over applicable policies and approvals.
  • Payment-Risk Analysis: Users can request customer risk profiles and review outstanding balances, overdue amounts, payment behavior, and system-generated recommendations.
  • Predictive Alerts: HyperAgent identifies invoices with indicators of delayed payment and notifies AR personnel before the due date.
  • Collection-Call Analysis: The platform analyzes collection calls for sentiment and provides contextual guidance to collection personnel.
  • Workflow Automation: Hyperloop coordinates activities across invoicing, prediction, collections, payment application, dispute resolution, and reconciliation.
  • Audit Trails: Actions initiated by users or HyperAgent are recorded to support review and accountability.

User Interfaces
HyperAgent is accessible through the Hyperloop web application, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Finance personnel can use natural-language requests to retrieve account information, prepare payment terms, review risk, or initiate approved collection workflows.

Audience & Use Cases

  • Audience: Hyperloop is intended for enterprise accounts receivable teams, collections specialists, cash-application personnel, credit managers, controllers, and finance operations leaders.
  • Use Cases: Organizations can use Hyperloop to process incoming payments, prioritize collection work, contact customers, negotiate payment plans, resolve invoice disputes, forecast payment risk, reconcile accounts, and escalate policy exceptions.
